Can the booking app carry our brand?
Yes. Players and parents see your logo and your colours on your own booking link, and messages come from your club.
How long does switching take?
Most of the work is the import, and we do it with you. We moved a 14,000-client academy, with its booking history and balances, in one day.
Do players need to download an app?
No. Your booking app runs in any phone browser. They can sign in with Google or claim the account you already hold for them.
Which payments can we take?
Card payments online in AED through our licensed payment partner, plus card, cash, vouchers and wallet credit at the desk.
Do messages come from our own WhatsApp number?
Yes. Apointa connects to your WhatsApp Business account, so players see your club's name.
We have several locations and sports. Does that work?
Yes. Every location, court and coach sits in one account, with prices per location and 40 sports to choose from.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your client data stays yours, and you can take a full export with you if you ever leave.
Which tournament formats can we run?
Competitive tournaments (groups with a knockout, straight knockouts and round robins) and social formats. In an Americano, players get a new partner every round and points decide; in a Mexicano, partners are matched by score; in King of the Court, winners move up a court. Team and Mixed Americano are included too.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes. Ask it questions about your bookings, payments, packs and players and it answers with the figures. It reads your data and never changes it; it can't take actions or explain how to set things up yet.
